# Opportunity Analysis

> Discover your app's market potential in three steps — from repository to strategic report.

The **Opportunity Scale Review (OSR)** is VibeScale's market validation pipeline. The platform automatically analyzes your GitHub repository, identifies what problem your app solves, who it solves it for, and how it positions itself against competitors — then turns all that into an actionable strategic report.

No lengthy forms, no pitch decks to fill out. VibeScale reads your code and infers the product context. You confirm what's correct, fix what isn't, and receive an opportunity analysis tailored to your app's reality.

## The three steps

## Track progress on the dashboard

The dashboard shows a progress bar with the three steps and the status of each:

| Status        | Meaning                              |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| ✓ Completed   | Step successfully finished           |
| ⏳ In Progress | Analysis underway                    |
| ○ Pending     | Waiting for previous steps           |
| ✗ Failed      | An error occurred — please try again |

The steps are sequential: Alignment is only unlocked after Discovery, and the Report is generated only after Alignment is confirmed.
